How do I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly. Modifications or cancellations may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request changes, contact support@berkana-home.com immediately with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
