1. Damaged or Missing Parts
If your item arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is the wrong item, you can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service at support@berkana-home.com with the following details:
- Photos of the entire item.
- Photos of the defect/damage from different angles.
- Photos of the label or any identifying marks on the product.
- Photos of the original packaging (if available).
- Order number and a clear description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours.
2. Received the Wrong Item
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery at support@berkana-home.com with the following information:
- Photos of the incorrect item (outside the box).
- For size discrepancies, include a photo of the box showing the incorrect measurements or the item itself.
- Photos of packaging/model number details on the box.
- Order number.
We will review your case and respond within 24 business hours to resolve the issue.
3. Changed Your Mind and Want to Return?
If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, undamaged condition, with all inserts and accessories.
- The item is disassembled if it was originally delivered disassembled.
- The item is packed in its original packaging, or similar packaging if the original is damaged.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Bundled items purchased at discounted rates (e.g., “2 for $250”) unless the entire bundle is returned.
5. Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. These costs may vary depending on:
- The location of the return.
- The size and weight of the item.
- The selected return method.
Note: If you refuse delivery of an item, applicable return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
6. How to Return Your Item(s)
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at support@berkana-home.com with your order details.
- After evaluation, you will receive a return label and further instructions.
- Ship the item(s) via FedEx/UPS or your local courier in good condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
7. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Unpaid Orders: You can cancel unpaid orders directly in your account.

Paid Orders:
- If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and process a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
For backordered items, cancellations are accepted.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned item(s) at our Return Center. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days but may take up to 2 weeks, depending on your payment provider.
